Our social rented properties are affordable to people on low incomes. We provide homes for those in the greatest housing need. This covers a range of circumstances – from people who are homeless or threatened with homeless, to people whose current home doesn’t meet their needs any more, for instance it isn’t big enough or it’s to large or they have mobility problems.

We have almost 800 properties, for rent across central Scotland and around a quarter are designed to suit the needs of wheelchair users and people with particular accessibility needs. Approximately 50 of these become available to let every year.
